A much-needed op-ed in today's Post.
Also impressed Webb held a hearing on this. If our teevee media could get off of haircuts, orange juice, and stirring the ignorant flames of the culture war, maybe we could get around to having a national "conversation" about this.

wow, this is a very interesting op-ed! yeah i'm impressed as well that Webb had hearings on this, and i hope more is done to change this disastrous prison policy!
