There They Go Again

Shorter Robert Kagan:

The latest National Intelligence Estimate, which I haven't read, is wrong to suggest that the war in Iraq has worsened the threat of terrorism, because there's no way to measure "worsened". But even if you could measure it, and even if the measures did indicate the war in Iraq has worsened the threat of terrorism, the liberal, know-nothings in the intelligence community would be still be wrong and those of us who urged an invasion of Iraq would still be right.
